They are completely legal for all phases of the diet and absolutely delicious.  The Diet Coke is a unique ingredient, but it really does the trick.  I think by adding the wings to the simmering sauce, the collagen helps thicken the sauce as well.</p>
<p>Ingredients<br />
3 pounds chicken wings, separated at joints, tips discarded<br />
1 cup Louisiana-style hot sauce (Franks Hot Sauce recommended)</p>

<p>1 can Diet Coke with Splenda<br />
1 tsp cayenne pepper, or to taste<br />
1 tsp ground black pepper, or to taste<br />
1/2 tsp Thyme<br />
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder<br />
1 tablespoon soy sauce<br />
1/2 TBS Dried Chopped Onions</p>
<p>Instructions:<br />
* Cut the wings into pieces.<br />
* Mix other ingredients into large pot and start simmering.<br />
* Add wings to pot to give flavor<br />
* Heat Oil to 350-375F degrees<br />
* Add wings to fryer and cook until done (12-14 minutes)<br />
* Add wings back to Buffalo sauce and coat thoroughly</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>If you are exercising 1 hour running a day, 1 hour pilates a day and <a href="http://www.transdisciplinarygateway.com" target=_self>Dieting</a>- fruit for breakfast, small salad for lunch and steak and veg (or something of the meat &amp; veg sort) will it effect the baby in the first 5 weeks before knowing that youre pregnant? Could it cause an early miscarriage?<br />
<br />the rule of thumb for exercising is if you were doing it before you were pregnant, you can continue. but don&#8217;t start a new regimen after you become pregnant. as for dieting, i would discuss it with your OB dr.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I am a 27yr old female with 2 children ages 3 and 1&#8230;..does anyone have any dieting suggestions that actually work? I am needing eating ideas that would work well with me and my family, as well as activities I can do with my children?<br />
I try to walk about 5 miles a day. I really need to lose between 20-25 pounds to be at a healthy weight.<br />
<br />Don&#8217;t think of it as <a href="http://www.transdisciplinarygateway.com" target=_self>Dieting</a> first off. Think of it as a lifestyle change because if you want to get the weight off and keep it off you have to be willing to change forever. I found that cutting my fat down to 35 grams a day and calories to about 1500-1600 has made a big difference. Once you hit your goal weight bump it back up to between 60-65 grams of fat and your calories between 2000-2500 depending on how active you are.  Also being very active has helped too. Activities you could do with the kids would be to go for walks to the park or go swimming since summer is almost here.  Get out and run with them. Also I joined the Y and go work out whenever I can. Luckily my family is very supportive and I have lots of people offering to babysit and I manage to go 5 days a week. In less that 3 months I have lost 30lbs and I feel great.  When you make meals try to have a main course, fruit and veggies with very little to no butter. IF I need butter I use a light margarine and only use like a teaspoon. Cut back on your salt also and drink TONS of water to help you stay full and hydrated. Avoid sugary drinks as much as possible. One cup of 100% fruit juice a day would be fine but try to avoid soda. I do drink a regular one every now and then but if I really need the caffeine I try to go diet. Good luck and I hope you reach your goals.</p>

<br />It will take a very LONG time compared to an alternative. I know this doesn&#8217;t answer your question but i really suggest starving yourself is a bad idea&#8230;..Try working out i think it takes as long as dieting but its healthier and makes you stronger at the same time ;D.</p>

<br />You don&#8217;t say how old this person is. If she&#8217;s an adult, then presumably nobody&#8217;s in a position to drag her to the doctor. She&#8217;s obviously suffering from anorexia nervosa, which is a mental illness.  http://www.medicinenet.com/anorexia_nervosa/article.htm<br />
She is likely to be admitted to hospital if this goes on. Most of us would want to avoid such an eventuality if we could. The problem is, while you see someone ill and scrawny, she sees someone quite plump when she looks in the mirror and she can&#8217;t understand why you&#8217;re fussing so much. Perhaps you need to lure someone in the medical profession to see her if she is not willing to seek advice herself.</p>
<p>I once worked with a male suffering from this disorder (it&#8217;s mainly females) and he looked like a little old man, although he was middle aged. As soon as he reached 50, he was made to retire early on medical grounds.</p>

<br />it is impossible to loose weight without a diet that is a fact. However by diet i do not think about those unhealthy pills or too less food or eat only vegetables etc. All you need to do is eat healthy and have at least  4 meals a day. You should be having 5-6 but 4 is also good. And a tip: If you eat slowly you usually eat less food cause you stop being hungry much sooner. Don&#8217;t rush and eat fast. Eat a lot of vegetables and fruit. When it comes to meat i suggest meat that is not specially prepared. I Suggest white meat from the chicken and turkey. Also if you eat too less food you won&#8217;t loose weight but you WILL feel  tired. If you already workout this shouldn&#8217;t be a problem. Oh and also&#8230; you MUST eat breakfast. Good luck even though i don&#8217;t really think you&#8217;ll need it. If you start eating healthy you&#8217;ll see results in a week.</p>

<br />sit ups will tone the ab muscles, and the more muscle in your body the faster your metabolism (thus the more calories you burn, even at rest) but if you have a layer of fat over your abs, the only way to get rid of that is to reduce calorie intake or exerise (preferably both).</p>
<p>To lose weight (burn fat) you must consume fewer calories than you burn. You need to burn 3500 more calories than you consume to burn 1 pound of fat&#8230;</p>
<p>Alas you can target tone (muscle) but not target burn fat. I wish ya could, because I&#8217;ve got saddlebags on my thighs I&#8217;d LOVE to focus on!</p>
